Some information for our guests:
Parking is available from A.D. Farrow in the giant lot just to the east of the event space. We strongly encourage guests who feel they have had too much beer to contact a cab or take an Uber home. Please let us know if you need help the evening of the event.
We’re opening doors this year at 5:30 for registration, and beers will begin pouring at 6:00 p.m. sharp. We’re hoping to make this year’s check in as smooth as possible to get you to your strong beers and smoked beers quicker!
Our heroic designated drivers will receive a whale of a T upon arrival; other guests are welcome to purchase a #Hullabaloo16 shirt from our friends at Outfit Good, who will be printing on site.
Zero Waste Event
We’re partnered with Zero Waste Event Productions to make #Hullabaloo16 a Zero Waste Event. Please be friendly to our environment and keep trash to a minimum. We’ve created a mobile beer list to cut down on unnecessary waste as well.
Meals will be provided by ManBQue Columbus as part of the ticket price, and Lyric Donuts will be offering donuts and Matt the Miller’s Tavern will be offering apps while 1803 Bacon will be providing, well, bacon in exchange for a bit of cash/credit.
We’ve partnered with Hyatt Place Columbus/OSU to reserve a block of rooms for the Hullabaloo. They will provide a free shuttle to the event in addition to a generous discount for guests of the Hullabaloo. Use code G-HULL when booking your room, and you’ll be charged only $107.00 plus tax. Cheers!
